Position Vacant: Occupational Therapist

Through growth and expansion of services Mayo Private Hospital is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist covering inpatient medical, surgical, and rehabilitation wards and Day Rehabilitation Programs.

This Full Time position is based at Mayo Private Hospital is covering inpatient medical, surgical, and rehabilitation wards and Day Rehabilitation Programs. As part of a multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to a wide scope of inpatient and outpatient clients, including functional assessments, equipment prescription, home assessments and DVA assessments. As incentive relocation expenses and/or sign on bonus will be offered.

Part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply as job share is available and due to growth there may be an additional part-time position in the near future.

Essential criteria

  • Approved Qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Current NSW Driver's license
  • Current NSW working with children check.
  • National Police Check certificate – No older than 3 months on application.
