Mayo Private Hospital is a Registered Provider of NDIS services
We have experienced Allied Health professionals that provide comprehensive support services to Participants of the NDIS for Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian and Social Worker.
Mayo staff work with Participants, Co-ordinator of Supports, Local Area Coordinators and Plan Managers to improve the quality of life of the individual serviced. We are focused on the NDIS outcomes of:
- Supporting the independence and social and economic participation of people with disability, and
- Enabling people with a disability to exercise choice and control in the pursuit of their goals, planning and delivery of their supports.
Supports
Mayo Private Hospital provides the participant with the supports outlined:
- Occupational Therapy Supports: assessment, therapy and/or training. Home assessments, modifications and assistive technology prescription.
- Psychology Supports: assessments including cognitive testing, therapy and interventions. Consults in Mayo Specialist Centre.
- Physiotherapy Supports: assessment, therapy, training and equipment prescription.
- Exercise Physiology: assessment and capacity building for health and wellbeing.
- Dietitian: assessment and interventions for health and wellbeing.
- Social worker: assessment and assistance toward NDIS goal.
How to access provider services
Please complete the referral form and include Plan Managers, COS/LAC contact details, NDIS Approved Plan Dates and funds available for the desired Allied Health service.
