Mental health expertise
Mayo Private Hospital opened its dedicated mental health consulting clinic and inpatient ward in 1997.
Our mental health unit comprises of single rooms that provide treatment for mood disorders, anxiety, depression and older adult conditions. The hospital's wards operate on a consultant team basis with highly qualified mental health nursing and therapy staff. Mayo Private Hospital are registered providers for National Disability Scheme(NDIS)
We have designed our mental health facility to deliver care in the least restrictive manner. This allows patients to feel relaxed and comfortable, with patient safety our first priority.
