My name is Matthew Morrall and it’s a pleasure to be able to introduce myself to you and hopefully work alongside you to provide care to your patients.

I gained my honours degree from La Trobe University majoring in Human Physiology and Biochemistry. After graduating I moved to Adelaide where I began working as a cardiac scientist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in 1998. Whilst at the RAH I gained extensive experience in all aspects of cardiology and cardiac diagnostic testing, especially echocardiography. After gaining my Diploma of Medical Ultrasound in Cardiac Ultrasound in 2001 I moved to Northern NSW and began working in regional centres providing echocardiography services to several private clinics and public hospitals.

I have maintained a keen interest in ultrasound education and training and until recently had been a long standing member of the ASUM DMU Board of Examiners. I also served a term as a Director of ASUM.

I am very excited to be working with the Cardiologists at HealtheCare to bring cardiac diagnostic testing of the highest quality to the patients of the Manning Valley and surrounding areas.
